Directions
Before Powder - Adults: One 5 g sachet daily. Add sachet contents to 250 ml of water. Mix well then drink immediately.
After Powder - Adults: One 5 g sachet daily. Add sachet contents to 100 ml of water. Mix well then drink immediately.
